What you’d do

Owns production testing across all products and subsystems, including PCB flashing, component and subassembly test, end-of-line functional test, and final acceptance. Designs and launches test stations, fixtures, software, and data flows, and leads engineers, technicians, and integrators while working hands-on on the floor. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, computer, or manufacturing engineering or related
• 7+ years in manufacturing test, test engineering, or production validation
• Aerospace, automotive, electronics, or complex hardware background
• Hands-on test station and fixture design and launch
• Direct reports and technical leadership
