What you’d do

Provides drug information and manages drug therapy regimens as part of an interdisciplinary team, reviewing medication orders and labs to ensure safe therapeutic outcomes. Clinical services may include renal/hepatic dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, anticoagulation monitoring, TPN, and antimicrobial stewardship. Full time, days.
