Handles escrow files from opening to closing: clears title, prepares and signs instructions and settlement documents, disburses funds, and reconciles title reports. • At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience
• Notary license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Supervisory experience preferred
