• Bachelor's in electrical engineering, microelectronics, applied physics, or related
• 5+ years RF, microwave, or analog IC design experience
• RF/microwave IC design (LNAs, PAs, mixers, VCOs, synthesizers)
• EM simulation and modeling of RF passives
• Schematic simulation, layout, physical verification, tapeout
