What you’d do

Help patients identify and overcome barriers to care, manage and reschedule appointment templates, verify demographics in the EMR, and assist providers with prior authorizations and Patient Assistance Program requests. • High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years health education or medical/health field experience preferred
• EMR data entry and documentation
• Patient scheduling and template management
• Prior authorization and patient assistance experience
