What you’d do

Design and validate battery management system architectures for high-voltage lithium-ion packs, including safety controls, diagnostics, and SOC/SOH/SOP estimation algorithms. You’ll need

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years developing electric propulsion and/or battery management systems
• Experience with power systems hardware for aerospace programs
• BMS architecture and safety standards knowledge (UL 2271, IEC 62619, UN 38.3)
