What you’d do

Provide and document nursing care for home health patients following physician orders and care plans. Administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and report to case managers and clinical supervisors. Full-time and part-time shifts available. You’ll need

• Active Nursing License in good standing
• 6 months recent nursing experience preferred
• Home health experience preferred
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
