What you’d do

Resolve payment disputes for carrier partners by investigating claims and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and SLAs. Pull data from databases using Excel, Access, or SQL, manage multiple cases to daily resolution goals, and communicate findings to carriers. Full-time, 40 hours per week plus overtime as required.
