What you’d do

Sets up cases for pharmacy authorization requests and performs pharmacy reviews against established criteria. • 3 years pharmacy experience in managed care or PBM (preferred)
• Pharmacy authorization review experience
• Interfacing with PBMs and customers
• Documenting decisions per clinical guidelines
