Provide legal advice for Humana's Medicare Advantage lines of business, advising on Medicare Advantage rules and health care fraud and abuse laws, drafting contract provisions, and consulting with company leaders on compliance. You’ll need

• Juris Doctorate
• Licensed in at least one state
• 3+ years health law experience at a law firm or in-house health care organization
• Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or similar regulatory work
• Experience negotiating contracts
