What you’d do

Coach a portfolio of 25-35 small-business owners across the US, including people new to trucking, on strategy, accountability, and key performance metrics. You’ll need

• 8+ years in account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier
• 1+ year of experience within Amazon Middle Mile systems and operations
• Experience working with or owning a small business
