What you’d do

File dispute claims per bank policy and regulations, capturing account and transaction details for case decisions. You’ll need

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years in disputes, fraud, or banking preferred
• Knowledge of UCC and Reg E/Z
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
