What you’d do

Provide Level 3 technical support for HPE's Cray Programming Environment, reproducing and resolving customer software issues, escalating to R&D or vendor partners, and running pre-release product testing. You’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Typically 6-10 years experience
• Linux operating systems knowledge and experience
• GPU driver installation and configuration
• GPU performance and profiling tools (e.g. NVIDIA Nsight)
