What you’d do

Process customer returns and warranty claims for the Vi-US sales team, including RGAs, CRM tickets, ERP orders and credits, and monthly statistics. You’ll need

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years warranty claims or hydronics experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• SAP knowledge
• Technical courses in Plumbing, Heating, and Controls or related
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
