What you’d do

Owns the enterprise leave of absence, workplace accommodation, and HR compliance programs, setting operational standards and governance. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent
• 8-10 years in leave of absence, accommodations, HR compliance, and/or benefits
• Experience leading compliance programs
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and state/local leave laws
