What you’d do

Review medical records concurrently to ensure clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and specific, and query physicians about missing or conflicting documentation. Lead also monitors team case assignments, advises the CDI Director on workflow, and takes cases during high census or short staffing. Full time at EDH Main Hospital Naperville. You’ll need

• Associate's degree in Nursing or Health Information Management
• RN License through IDFPR
• Clinical documentation review experience
• RHIT or RHIA preferred
• Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist preferred
