What you’d do

Lead façade and building envelope investigations and condition assessments for commercial, institutional, residential, and historic structures, including field work, diagnosing failures, and developing repair strategies. You’ll need

• 8+ years in building envelope consulting or façade engineering
• Licensed Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Façade and building envelope investigation experience
• Field assessment of masonry, curtain wall, roofing, waterproofing
• Technical report and repair document preparation
