• BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materia
• 3.0 GPA or better for new grads
• Scripting in Python, VBA, or equivalent
• Statistical methods and Change Point Management
• Lean, TPS, or 5S principles
