What you’d do

Inspect new homes for materials and workmanship, check construction against plans, codes, and scopes of work, and document defects with photos and reports. Communicate findings to contractors, community teams, and customers, and conduct New Home Orientations. Full time, in person at Houston-area communities and job sites. You’ll need

• Knowledge of building codes and construction specifications
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach
• Work more than eight hours per day in a construction trailer
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
