You’ll need

• Bachelor's in engineering, business, program management, operations, supply chain, or related
• 12–15 years related experience with bachelor's, or 8–12 with master's
• Program or project management experience
• Manufacturing, production, and product development execution
• Customer interface and executive briefing experience
