Behavioral Health Educator

What you’d do

Perform one-on-one patient needs assessments, care coordination, and behavioral health education, mostly by phone with some in-person work. Supervise clinic-wide screening for substance use, depression, and anxiety, provide brief interventions and referrals, and maintain community partnerships. Full time. You’ll need

• 3 years health care or health education experience
• 1–2 years conducting behavior change and/or health education
• Knowledge of comprehensive health education and substance use
• Experience with behavior change counseling
• Motivational interviewing
