You’ll need

• Associate or Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering, construction or engineering technology
• 2+ years HVAC project management or estimating experience, or equivalent
• Or 5+ years of experience
• HVAC equipment selection and submittal experience
• Vendor price negotiation
