Manage escrow files from opening to closing: order demands and releases, prepare signing instructions and settlement sheets, audit and disburse funds, and reconcile title report issues. • High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience
• Notary license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Supervisory experience preferred
