Support core compensation programs with a focus on executive compensation, compensation planning for new-market entry, and mergers and acquisitions. • 4+ years of compensation or related experience
• Attention to detail and analytically driven
• Experience with market pricing and annual compensation cycles
• Experience with compensation plan/structure design
• Executive compensation and compensation committee prep a plus
