• Current Pharmacy Technician License in Texas
• IV certification with 1+ year mixing experience (preferred)
• Chemotherapy certification with 6+ months mixing experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, GCP, GMP
• On-site in Irving, TX
