What you’d do
Perform building maintenance and repairs including painting, pressure washing, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and locksmith work. Maintain the CMMS, handle tenant service requests, do preventive maintenance and inspections, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems. You’ll need
- Universal CFC EPA certification or obtain within first year
- Trade school, union training, military service, or related college coursework
