What you’d do

Own monthly invoice generation, validation, and submission for assigned customer contracts, and resolve invoicing discrepancies with customers and internal teams. Extract usage and financial data from databases and warehouses, build reporting, and design automation to reduce manual work. Full-time in Arlington, Virginia. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookups, nested IF formulas, array formulas)
• Invoice generation and validation experience
• Data extraction from databases and data warehouses
• Automation of financial reporting and analysis
