Coordinates surgery scheduling, weighing desired date, priority and length of surgery to keep suites and staff used efficiently. Maintains a paper 7-day schedule, notifies parties of changes, distributes daily schedules and works with physicians and the electronic medical record. Full time. • 1+ year of surgery scheduling experience
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to use a surgery scheduling system
