Lead the review and approval of investor AML and KYC documentation with a private fund focus, including screening dispositions, third party reliance testing, and audit support. • 5+ years of alternatives experience
• Broker dealer and/or RIA experience preferred
• Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940
• Knowledge of Securities Act of 1933
