What you’d do

Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families, follow each client's spiritual care plan, document care, and help with bereavement services. • Bachelor's degree required
• Master's in Counseling or divinity school graduate preferred
• 1 year spiritual counseling experience in health care
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
• Willing to travel office coverage area
