What you’d do

Provide day-to-day employment law advice on HR practices, performance management, terminations, leaves, investigations, and accommodations, and handle pre-litigation and litigation matters with outside counsel. You’ll need

• 4+ years practicing employment law
• Law firm and/or in-house employment law experience
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, Title VII
• Advice and counseling experience
