Operate and validate a bench-scale hybrid energy storage system with programmable loads and real-time control. Implement and evaluate energy management controllers and conduct validation tests comparing results to simulation models. Full-time in Santa Clara. You’ll need

• Currently enrolled in PhD or MS in Electrical or Power Engineering
• Fundamentals in power systems and power electronics
• Experience with DC/DC converter topologies and control
• Knowledge of DC bus dynamics and protection
