What you’d do

Manage transportation operations: direct driver teams, coordinate routes and schedules, resolve delivery issues, and oversee documentation. Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA and company regulations, including DQFs, Hours of Service and drug and alcohol programs, and handle driver hiring, training and performance.
