What you’d do

Manage a warehouse team handling IT asset operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, kitting, and deployment preparation. Own safety, quality, productivity, and attendance metrics, and build SOPs to improve processes. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays. You’ll need

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Experience managing teams, or experience in logistics
