What you’d do

Oversees inventory tracking and the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from receipt to disposal, using the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in IT, Business, STEM, or related field, or HS diploma plus 6 years related experience
• ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Fundamentals certification or obtain within 90 days
• ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module experience
• IT asset lifecycle and inventory tracking experience
• ITIL-aligned workflow knowledge
