What you’d do

Coordinates complaint documentation and investigations, reviewing returned devices, Device History Records and prior complaints, and performing trend analysis. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
• Experience in a customer-oriented role or office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytic and reasoning skills
