Provide technical support to dealers by phone or onsite, share service bulletins, investigate product performance and quality issues, and run a technical training program for service and installation technicians. • Associate technical degree or documented equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years field service experience
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months
• No major or frequent traffic violations
• No DUI in the previous 5 years
