Review loan origination data and closing documents for accuracy, approve the final CD, wire funds to closing agents, and coordinate closings with escrow coordinators, branch managers, and loan officers. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years closing and/or processing Conventional/FHA/VA experience
• 3-5 years mortgage software experience
• Knowledge of closing and title requirements
