Supports field operations by setting up GPS base stations, rovers and machine controls on earthmoving and paving equipment, checking grades and elevations against project plans, and troubleshooting GPS, total station and laser equipment. You’ll need
- 2 years grade checking, surveying, or GPS machine control experience
- Experience with Trimble GPS, Topcon, or similar
- Total stations and tablet data collectors
- Interpret blueprints and site plans
