What you’d do

Manage MEP and facilities projects from planning through closeout, including HVAC upgrades, lighting retrofits, and plumbing or electrical repairs. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
• 4+ years of project management experience in facilities, construction, or capital improvement projec
• Proficiency with work order management systems, preferably Corrigo or similar
• Budget monitoring and financial reporting
• Stakeholder coordination and status meetings
