What you’d do

Perform general building maintenance and repair on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems at a Rochester client site. You’ll need

• High School Diploma, Technical School Certification, or equivalent experience
• Building or facilities maintenance experience
• 2+ years commercial, industrial, or institutional building maintenance preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
• Troubleshooting electrical systems and components
