Postdoctoral fellow in the Kennedy lab studying clonal evolution and leukemic transformation in inherited bone marrow failure syndromes, especially Shwachman-Diamond syndrome, using patient samples, iPSC models, CRISPR screens and single-cell genomics. You’ll need

• PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in related field
• At least one first-author publication
• CRISPR/Cas9 or base/prime editing experience
• Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell or CD34+ culture
• NGS analysis and R or Python fluency
