You’ll need

• 6+ years as Medical Technologist in clinical lab
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related
• MT/MLS/CLS certification (ASCP, AMT, or AAB) preferred
• Proven leadership experience
• Knowledge of CLIA/CAP guidelines
