What you’d do

Provide in-home occupational therapy: assess patients' daily living and work skills, administer functional tests, and develop retraining programs with measurable goals. • Current unrestricted OT licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
• 6+ months occupational therapy experience preferred
• Home Health experience a plus
