What you’d do

Accompany providers into exam rooms to document patient encounters in structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and prepare after-visit summaries. You’ll need

• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages where indicated
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering (preferred)
