What you’d do

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy support and XBRL tagging, and oversee tie-out of financial statements, footnotes and MD&A. You’ll need

• Extensive U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting expertise
• Experience leading technical accounting evaluations
• ASC 718 and ASC 340-40 experience
• SEC filings: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, XBRL
• Review of cash flow, equity and EPS statements
