You’ll need

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) preferred
• Metallurgical/Metals background
• 6 to 10 years in Aluminum/Iron Castings, Forgings preferred
• Strong communication skills
