• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Physical therapy license
• Occasional/frequent pushing and lifting 75-100 pounds
• Prolonged standing, frequent walking, stooping and squatting
• Split coverage at Pearland East and Alvin clinics
