Own offline metrology and materials characterization of in-house solar cells, including I-V, quantum efficiency, and imaging methods. Lead root cause analysis for performance and yield issues and work with process, quality, and production teams. Based in Bastrop, TX, with up to 25% travel and possible extended hours.
