• 3–6 years operating data center or critical facilities infrastructure
• Experience with UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH
• BMS, EPMS, and DCIM monitoring tools
• Lead or senior technician experience preferred
• 24/7 shift environment
